近日,石(shi)島水發(fa)供(gong)熱公司(si)組織召開(kai)了(le)(le)(le)熱費(fei)收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)專題會(hui),對收(shou)(shou)費(fei)工(gong)作進行(xing)全面安(an)排(pai)部署。會(hui)議要求,要以(yi)前期各(ge)項舉(ju)措為基石(shi),全力以(yi)赴完成熱費(fei)收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)目標。據悉,石(shi)島水發(fa)供(gong)熱于(yu)近期開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)客服專項培訓,旨在(zai)提高(gao)服務(wu)(wu)水平。通過專項培訓,提升了(le)(le)(le)客服人(ren)員業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理(li)效率,各(ge)類問題解答(da)更加專業(ye)(ye),進而提高(gao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶滿意度(du)。其(qi)次,優(you)化(hua)了(le)(le)(le)人(ren)員分工(gong),規范了(le)(le)(le)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)流(liu)程。公司(si)科學(xue)合理(li)優(you)化(hua)人(ren)員分工(gong),明確了(le)(le)(le)各(ge)崗位的(de)職責和(he)(he)任務(wu)(wu),實行(xing)“一(yi)窗口(kou)(kou)”業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理(li),提高(gao)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理(li)效率,為用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶提供(gong)更加快(kuai)捷的(de)服務(wu)(wu)。同時,還拓寬了(le)(le)(le)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)渠(qu)(qu)道(dao),便(bian)捷用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶繳(jiao)費(fei)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶可(ke)以(yi)通過客服大(da)廳(ting)窗口(kou)(kou)、銀行(xing)轉賬、微信、支(zhi)付(fu)寶等(deng)多種渠(qu)(qu)道(dao)繳(jiao)納熱費(fei),實行(xing)窗口(kou)(kou)和(he)(he)線上雙向收(shou)(shou)費(fei),這(zhe)一(yi)舉(ju)措極大(da)地便(bian)捷了(le)(le)(le)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶繳(jiao)費(fei),也大(da)大(da)加快(kuai)了(le)(le)(le)熱費(fei)收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)進度(du)。
